Eastern Shore Wellness Solutions (ESWS), a non-profit community based organization, creates an environment which unites and strengthens personal and cultural differences, builds comprehensive health knowledge and skills, empowers community members to value and engage in healthier lifestyle behaviors, and improves health outcomes through education in order to establish Health Equity for all populations.

Our vision is to provide health education, training, and skill building to community members, along with reducing and eliminating the social determinants that impact health outcomes in minority communities.
